v Rehearsals will be held in JCC as per above schedule.
v Presence in the scheduled rehearsals is mandatory for attending the convocation. Please bring your original CNIC and 01 photograph (size 1 x 1) for participating in the rehearsal and final ceremony.
v Dress for the convocation ceremony is formal/lounge suite/National with dress shoes. Casual dress (i.e. jeans, joggers, slippers and T-shirts) are strictly prohibited.
v For convenience, robes/gowns will be provided on rental basis (for 48 hours only) with security deposit as applicable through collection point being arranged at JCC upon completion of rehearsal. Graduates found absent in the rehearsal will not be allowed to attend the convocation. Each graduate will be responsible to collect and return his/her robe/gown. Please note that Wearing of Robe/Gown is mandatory for attending the convocation ceremony.
v All graduating students and their guests are advised to bring original CNIC along with the printed hard copy of Invitation Card. Entry without these two documents will not be possible.
v All graduates are to ensure that they get a small student convocation card to be issued to all graduates before the rehearsal inside the JCC.
v Cell phones, bags/Ladies’ purses are NOT allowed inside the JCC.
v Children under the age of 12 are strictly not allowed
