1. The Bahria University invites sealed bids for providing Healthcare Services to its employees and their dependent family members including parents for period of one year (2018) from Insurance Companies having AA rating & approved / registered with SECP & FBR.
2. Interested Insurance companies may purchase bidding document containing detailed information of required services against payment in cash or pay order of Rs 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) non-refundable from the office of the Deputy Director (Admin), Bahria University Head office, Ground floor, Quaid block, Room No 020, Bahria University Islamabad till 20 November 2017.
3. Single stage Two envelopes procedure shall apply. A sealed bid box is placed at the Head office building basement Quaid block in front of Room no 9. Sealed bids supported by NTN, registration certificate should reach Deputy Director (Admin) office, by 1130 hours on 21 November 2017. Technical proposals will be opened by the committee on same day at 1200 hours in presence of bidders who may choose to be present. Date of opening of financial proposal of short listed companies will be intimated later on through letter / phone.
4. Proposals are to be deposited with 2 % bid security (refundable) in the form of pay order / demand draft in favour of Bahria University Islamabad. A pre-bid meeting will be held in Deputy Director (Admin) office on 15 November 2017 at 1100 hours to clarify any technical queries (if any). The committee constituted by the Bahria University will attend the pre-bid meeting. The University has the right to reject all or any proposal prior acceptance by invoking Rule 33 of PPRA.
