Teach for Pakistan session was arranged by Internships & Placement Office on 14th Feb 2018 in LT-02 Hall. Session was about how teach for Pakistan recruit and train top graduates and young professionals from all fields for a two-year Fellowship to teach in low-income schools that lack quality teachers. They told our students how after the completion of the Fellowship, their Alumni use their experiences to tackle Pakistan’s most pressing problems in education, such as rewriting textbooks and curricula, testing innovations, furthering research, training teachers and creating model schools. They encourage students to apply on their online job applications. Students were very motivated to become part of teach for Pakistan to bring some positive difference in life of those kids who cannot afford to go to standard schools.
