PROVIDING AND FIXING OF FURNITURE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF STUDENT SUPPORT CENTRE AT BAHRIA UNIVERSITY ISLAMABAD CAMPUS

 

 

  • Sealed bids are invited from firms/supplier registered with Tax Department for Providing and Fixing of Furniture Items at Bahria University Islamabad Campus. Complete detail of project is held in Bidding Documents. Interested firms with relevant experience may purchase bidding documents containing detailed specifications of required works from office of the DD (Development) Quaid Block Basement, Room No.09 Bahria University Islamabad against payment through pay order of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) in favour of “Bahria University Islamabad” till 10 Jul 23. NTN of BU is 2132767-0.

 

  • Single stage two envelope tendering procedure shall be followed. Sealed bids supported by Tax registration / professional certificate should reach on / or before 10 July 2023 at 1100 hours. A Sealed Bid Box is placed at the Head Office, Quaid Block Basement Room No. 09 in DD (Development) Office.  Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of the bidders / their authorized representatives, who may choose to be present in Director P&D office. Conditional / incomplete bids will be considered Non Responsive.  Bids received late from closing date and time will not be entertained.  2% of total bid values as bid security in shape of PO in favour of “Bahria University Islamabad” should be submitted. Financial bids of short-listed firms will be opened accordingly.

 

  • The bidders are requested to use best quality material and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes & transportation charges etc. Bahria University Head Office may reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal by invoking PPRA-2004 rule 33.
