  • Candidates having a minimum of 18 years education preferably MS/M.Phil



  • Preferably 05 years of relevant experience at the University level in dealing with Academic and Student Affairs or Corporate level in dealing with SSC



Manager SSC shall be responsible for the following tasks;

  • Preparing Semester/ Annual schedule of Non-Academic activities on the campus in coordination with relevant Departments and sharing with Directorate of the student Affairs at BUHO.
  • Supervising campus events/co-curricular activities and ensuring their conduct in befitting manners.
  • Keeping records and tracks of student’s Non-Academics Profile.
  • Coordinating availability of funds and others requirements for activities connected SSC.
  • Process all the Correspondence through Director Campus on matters pertaining SSC.
  • Liaison with BU Alumni for social and official events.
  • Preparing advertisements and other promotional Material pertaining to events.
  • Maintaining and updating the SSC website and social media pages on Facebook/BU websites.
  • Ensure implementation of all policies and instructions on Non-Academic events issued by the university.
  • Compile monthly progress reports and ensure submission to the Directorate of Student Affairs at BUHO by the 5th of each month.
  • Draft policies and Guidelines for all the functions being looked after by SSC.
  • Monitor the performance output of SSC on monthly basis and provide required guidelines for future betterment.
  • Automate all operations of SSC through centralized software in order to provide one window operation in collaboration with the Directorate of IT.
