Bahria University invites applications from suitable candidates for the post of CLERK at Exams Directorate, BahriaUniversity Head Office, Islamabad.
QUALIFICATION :
- FA/ FS.c or preferably B. Com
EXPERIENCE/ SKILL:
- 02 to 03 years of experience on the relevant position.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Clerk is responsible to the Deputy Controller of Exams (Records & Coordination) for the following w.r.t all Constituent and Affiliated Units of BU:
- Typing work of DCE (R&C) Section.
- Assist Senior Clerk in preparation of Gazette Notification.
- Maintain record of R&C Section.
- Maintain record of Action Awaiting items/ correspondence.
- Printing/ scanning of Degrees/ Transcript and any other document for record purposes.
- Perform additional duties of Senior Clerk (R&C Section) during his/ her absence.
- Undertake any other task assigned.
NOTE:
Candidates having degrees from HEC recognized National/International Universities are eligible to apply.
