QUALIFICATION
- Coordinator having a minimum of 16 years qualification in MS Management or Equivalent
- With a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A degree/ Diploma from China will carry additional merit points
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Preferably 03 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization
- Certificate in Chinese Language level 2 and above will carry additional merit
JOB DESCRIPTION
The coordinator shall be responsible for the following tasks:
- Undertake routine correspondence, prepare drafts of letters/presentations and manage office activities.
- Coord within and outside of the university with academic and research institutes, industries, and government entities as per the direction and guidelines of Dir PCSRC
- Arrange conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote collaboration amongst industries and academia in Pakistan and China
- Arrange coordination and review meetings and pursue implementation of decisions taken and their follow-up action.
- Initiate and pursue cases pertaining to HR and financial requirements of meetings, seminars, and visits.
- Undertake university and departmental tasks or any other/ special task assigned by the Director PCSRC.
- Keep updated on the link of PCSRC and its activities on BU website.
