QUALIFICATION:

• Candidates having minimum 18 years of qualification in relevant domain (MBA/ MS Engineering and IT / Masters in Entrepreneurship/ equivalent). 

EXPERIENCE/ SKILL:

• 05 years of relevant experience in reputable Organization 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

The Manager BIC shall be responsible for following:  

• The Manager BIC will be the main point of contact of Dte. of RIC – BUHO at Constituent Unit level.  
• The Manager BIC will be administratively responsible to the Head of CU and functionally responsible to Directorate of BIC established at BUHO, Islamabad.
• Ensure implementation of policies issued by BUHO at CU level.  
• Compile and prepare data pertaining to the Key Performance Indicators and Strategic Targets of RIC at CU level.  
• Ensure completion of Application Dossiers of all BIC policies including Cash Award, Publication Fee, Travel Grant, Research Proposals, Research Projects etc.  
•  Facilitate the faculty members for addressing the queries in respect of the R&D policies.  
• Facilitate, guide and mentor the researcher’s/faculty members in submission of Research Proposals for funding to external organizations  
• Submission of Progress reports on bi-monthly basis pertaining to funded research projects awarded to FMs of respective CUs  
• Arrange interactive sessions with all the FMs for promotion of Research, Innovation and Commercialization at CU level on bi-annual basis  
• Act as RIC-representative in all the Corporate Advisory Committee (CACs) and Research Groups formulated in all the departments of respective CUs.  
• Arrangement of Workshops/Conference at CU level in consultation with Dte. of RIC-BUHO. 
• Any other tasks assigned by Director Campus or Director RIC – BUHO
