A session was conducted to introduce the concepts of gratitude, hope, and forgiveness.
The session included activities such as Gratitude Card Making, the Treasure Hunt (Dove Hunt), and the Balloon Popping Activity. Through these interactive exercises, students expressed appreciation for important people in their lives, explored the symbolism of peace and hope, and practiced letting go of negative emotions in an engaging and age-appropriate manner.
The session fostered emotional awareness, positive social values, empathy, and healthy emotional expression.
