IPP students designed and facilitated a Broaden-and-Build Theory Scavenger Hunt for female teachers at The Spring School System, an underprivileged school.
The activity included stations based on positive emotions such as joy, gratitude, love, peace, and curiosity. Participants followed riddles to each station and completed interactive tasks, including Pass the Laugh, What I Have Because of Others, The Silent Dua, and What Invention Would Make Teaching Easier? Tokens were collected upon completing each challenge.
The initiative provided teachers with an opportunity to experience positive emotions, strengthen social connections, and reflect on gratitude, creativity, and well-being, reinforcing the principles of positive psychology in an engaging and experiential manner.
