Undergraduate Scholarships for Students of Balochistan and Erstwhile FATA (Phase–III), Batch–IV

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has announced the Undergraduate Scholarships for Students of Balochistan and Erstwhile FATA (Phase–III), Batch–IV for the academic session 2025–26. These scholarships are offered in all areas of study at HEC-recognized public and private sector universities/degree awarding institutions across Pakistan. This initiative aims to provide higher education opportunities to the talented youth of Balochistan and Erstwhile FATA by supporting them financially and enabling them to pursue quality education.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Applicant must be less than or equal to 22 years of age on the closing date.
2. Must possess own and father’s valid domicile/local certificate of Balochistan/Erstwhile FATA duly verified by the district administration.
3. Must have completed 12 years of education (FA/FSc/ICS/I.Com/D.A.E or equivalent) with at least 60% marks.
4. Must have acquired the required academic qualification on or before the closing date.
5. Must not be availing any other HEC/Government scholarship.
6. Must not be awaiting results.

Important Note:

1. Scholarships will be awarded on Merit and District Quota.
2. Shortlisting will be based on academic credentials and HEC Aptitude Test (minimum 50% marks required).
3. 50% seats are reserved for female candidates and 2% for disabled students.

4. Last Date to Apply: October 20, 2025 (Monday)

Application Procedure:  

1. Applicants must apply online at: http://hec.gov.pk

2. Upload scanned copies of domicile/local certificate, CNIC/B-Form, and father’s CNIC.
3. Deposit a non-refundable test fee.
4. Upload the paid challan form on the application portal.
5. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
