Students volunteered as ushers and support staff during the PsyX International Conference 2026, providing operational and logistical assistance throughout the event.
They served across various committees, including moderation support, scientific session facilitation, stage management, discipline and crowd management, and reception. Their responsibilities included verifying participant registrations and payments, distributing conference kits, guiding attendees to their assigned sessions, assisting in event coordination, facilitating certificate distribution, and ensuring the smooth flow of conference activities.
Their contributions played a vital role in maintaining an organized, professional, and participant-friendly conference experience.
