QUALIFICATION:

Candidates having BS degree in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) or related domain

EXPERIENCE/ SKILL:

• Preferably 03 years of relevant experience
• Candidates having Proven working experience as a Clinical Lab Technologist, Familiarity with automated laboratory equipment, Computer literacy and experience with Laboratory Information Systems, Accuracy and close attention to detail, Strong analytical judgement and Current license or relevant certification

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Clinical Lab Technologist shall be responsible for following:

1. Perform routine and non-routine tests and analyses using the appropriate technical equipment and instruments
2. Perform quality control and calibrate equipment if necessary
3. Prepare and supervise experiments
4. Prepare samples/specimens
5. Produce accurate and reliable data and interpret results
6. Follow methodologies in carrying routine tasks
7. Research relevant topics and gather information/data
8. Adhere to correct procedures, policies and health/safety guidelines
9. Keep abreast of all industry developments and best practices
10. Document all activities, record results and insert/retrieve data
11. Maintain work area and equipment
12. Calculate test results, and log and report results using a computer
13. Practice safe work habits, including complying with all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations
14. Maintains instruments and equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
15. Exercises good judgment, analytical and problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
