Sindh Educational Endowment Fund (SEEF) Trust scholarship for Academic Year 2025–2026

  1. Sindh Educational Endowment Fund (SEEF) Trust, established under the College Education Department, Government of Sindh, has announced scholarships for poor, deserving, and meritorious students for the Academic Year 2025–2026.
  2. The scholarship covers the full tuition fee for the applicable academic year and is available for eligible students enrolled in notified Medical Universities/Institutions and other approved disciplines, including Engineering, Doctor of Physiotherapy, Pharm-D, BS Nursing, Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration, LLB, Information Technology, Veterinary Medicine (DVM), and other disciplines approved by SEEF Trust.

  3. Applications are open up to Monday, 31st August 2026. Interested and eligible students are required to submit their online applications through the SEEF Trust portal. One printed copy of the submitted online application, along with the requisite supporting documents, is to be forwarded to the undersigned office for record purposes. The original documents shall remain with the concerned campus and be produced by the student at the time of interview.

  4. The salient eligibility criteria are as follows:The applicant must possess a domicile and permanent residence of the Province of Sindh.
    1. The applicant must be enrolled in an approved institution/university included in the SEEF Trust panel for the Academic Year 2025–2026.

    2. A minimum CGPA of 2.50 or 60% marks is mandatory.
    3. The income certificate must be verified by the concerned Assistant Commissioner, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), or other competent tax authority, as applicable.
    4. Students whose parents/guardians are government employees are also eligible, subject to submission of the prescribed service certificate and latest payslip.
    5. The annual income of the parent/guardian must fall within the prescribed family income groups notified by SEEF Trust.
    6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview by the SEEF Trust.
