QUALIFICATION: 
Candidates having preferably 18 years education or MBA from HEC recognized institute.

EXPERIENCE:

At least 05 years’ job experience of working in Recognized Education Institute. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power Point etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Act as In-charge Health Sciences (HS) Section.
• Prepare schedules/ date sheet for semester-based and annual examinations for HS programmes.
• Ensure timely compilation/ promulgation of Semester-based and annual exams results.
• Scrutiny of Provisional and Final Semester /Annual Exams Result Notifications.
• Verification of Final/ Interim Transcripts.
• Scrutiny of migration/ provisional certificates.
• Scrutiny of HS programmes CUs proposals for award of Medal winners in Convocations.
• Verification of Registration of students for AUs and CU.
• Verification of Roll Number Slips issued to students prior Final/ Supplementary Exams.
• Scrutiny of students’ complaints pertaining to alteration / reissuance of Final/ Interim Transcripts.
• Implementation of Table of Specification (ToS), Academic Roadmaps and Curriculum.
• Up–dation of Examinations Policies/ Rules etc. in accordance with BOG, ACM, ECM etc
• Invigilation and supervision of HS Annual and Supplementary exams at respective CUs/ AUs.
• Appoint Superintendents and Invigilators for the conduct of Annual & Supplementary Exams.
• Handling inquiries from exam centers and students.
• Safe custody/ upkeep of MBBS/ BDS Questions Databank.
• Coordinating and assisting in Moderation activity of MBBS/ BDS exams question papers.
• Monitoring and printing of Annual Final and Supplementary Exams question papers and keeping them in safe custody.
• Preparation of Analysis of Post-Hoc, Semester-based & Annual exams results.
• Accountability/ maintenance/ contract management/ upkeep of computers/ machines/ printers in use at HS Section.
• Any other task assigned by CE/ DEC(HS).
