Coordinator Academic Affairs – SSC DEPARTMENT – BUIC
QUALIFICATION:
- Candidates having minimum 16 years of qualification in Business Studies/ Management sciences or relevant domain.
EXPERIENCE/ SKILL:
- 3 years experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Ms Excel).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Coordinator Academics Affairs will be responsible to the Manager SSC for the following:
- Attending to walk-in students and addressing their academic and administrative queries.
- Handling day-to-day academic and administrative operations related to students.
- Responding to student queries via email and phone calls.
- Issuing interim and final transcripts.
- Initiating the process of online interim transcripts on a daily basis.
- Preparing Bonafide, Medium of Instruction (MOI), Character, and other certificates with the approval of the Director of Academics.
- Guiding students regarding the procedure for GPA correction in case of any discrepancies.
- Collecting application forms offered by the SFC, verifying academic credentials through CMS, and providing guidance in case of issues.
- Guiding students on the university clearance process after coursework completion, prior to the issuance of the final transcript.
- Receiving alumni applications along with required documents and ensuring their proper distribution.
- Guiding students regarding the application and collection process for urgent/normal degrees.
