QUALIFICATION:
- BA/ BSc or equivalent; good typing speed on computer.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Clerk.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Clerk will be responsible for the following:
- Compilation of results for each Annual and Semester programs.
- Preparation of Provisional Result Notifications (PRNs).
- Registration of newly enrolled students.
- Preparation of interim/ final transcripts, migration and certificates.
- Preparation of lists of nominees for award of Medals in Convocations.
- Formulation, verification and data entry of final exams results.
- Operate OMR machine and prepare BCQs results.
- Verification of answer sheets retotalling.
- Compose and draft General letters, minutes and memos. Maintain all Section correspondence.
- Maintaining/ updating academic record files pertaining to students of respective in ERD.
- Assist DCE and ACE (HS) in resolving the queries.
- Perform the additional duties of Clerk AUs /CUs during his/her absence.
- Any other task assigned by CE.
