SENIOR CLERK – BUHO

QUALIFICATION:

  • BA/ BSc or equivalent; good typing speed on computer.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Clerk.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Clerk will be responsible for the following:

  • Compilation of results for each Annual and Semester programs.
  • Preparation of Provisional Result Notifications (PRNs).
  • Registration of newly enrolled students.
  • Preparation of interim/ final transcripts, migration and certificates.
  • Preparation of lists of nominees for award of Medals in Convocations.
  • Formulation, verification and data entry of final exams results.
  • Operate OMR machine and prepare BCQs results.
  • Verification of answer sheets retotalling.
  • Compose and draft General letters, minutes and memos. Maintain all Section correspondence.
  • Maintaining/ updating academic record files pertaining to students of respective in ERD.
  • Assist DCE and ACE (HS) in resolving the queries.
  • Perform the additional duties of Clerk AUs /CUs during his/her absence.
  • Any other task assigned by CE.
