QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE

MS(CS)/ MS(IT) / MS(SE) (18 years of education) or equivalent with 5 year of relevant experience; or BS(CS)/ BS(IT)/ BSE/ BCE/ MCS (16 years of education) or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Director IT (S&N) shall be responsible for the following:

• Configure internal Servers (OS installation, Patch management, inbound/outbound network management), VMs, Virtual Networks and Firewall (Sophos, Sang fore, Cisco), Site-to-Site VPNs, Backups of Data and disaster recovery services.
• Working experience on Azure (Azure portal, Microsoft 365 defender, Identity and Access management, Migration of on-prem to Azure), Office 365 (Account Creation, licensing), video conference equipment (Cisco, Huawei, Panasonic), smooth deployment of new applications infrastructure, Webhosting.
• Experienced in Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues of VLAN and LAN/WAN, Identification and patching of security vulnerabilities in production servers and network hardware.
• Working experience on HP SAN storage Devices (SAN storage, SAN Switch, Store Ones).
• Hands on experience on Routers and Switches (Allied Telesis, Cisco).
• Hands on experience of technical support of Video Conferencing equipment and video conferencing sessions, management of Zoom Administrative portal to manage Zoom accounts, Zoom Connector and Zoom Seminar account.
• Supervise the Operations team, tender documentation/BoQ preparation/ technical documentation.
