QUALIFICATION:
Minimum 16 years of education in Marketing, IT, Computer Science or related field.

EXPERIENCE:
Preferably 2–3 years’ experience in managing web search engine optimization in reputable organization.

SKILLS:
Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. 
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Strong coordination and communication skills to work across multiple resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
SEO Specialist shall be responsible for the following:

  • Creating on-page SEO activities including meta tags, H1, H2, and URL optimization.
  • Screening website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Utilizing SEMrush to analyze keyword performance, track rankings, and identify opportunities for improving search visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research for website content optimization.
  • Optimization of website pages, and landing content for search engines
  • Identify SEO issues such as broken links, missing tags, and indexing errors
  • Tracking keyword rankings and website traffic trends
  • Analyzing SEO performance metrics
  • Coordinate with content, design and IT teams to implement SEO recommendations.
  • Stay updated with basic SEO trends and best practices
  • Support internal linking between website pages to improve navigation and search visibility
