QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum Master’s degree (18 years of education) in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Engineering, or a relevant discipline from an HEC recognized university.
- Preference may be given to candidates with specialization in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or Technology Management.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 10-12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial/lead role, preferably in incubation centers, innovation hubs, ORICs, or similar environments.
- Experience in startup incubation, project management, industry linkages, and commercialization will be highly desirable.
SKILLS:
- Ability to develop and implement incubation programs and policies.
- Familiarity with intellectual property, commercialization processes, and technology transfer.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant management tools.
- Strong understanding of business incubation, startup ecosystems, and entrepreneurship development.
- Proven ability in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Experience in liaison with industry, academia, and government organizations.
- Sound knowledge of funding mechanisms, grants, and investor engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
