QUALIFICATION
Candidates having minimum 16 years of qualification in Business Studies/ Management sciences or relevant domain.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 03 years’ experience in the relevant field. 05 years’ experience will be preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Manager SSC will be responsible to the Manager SSC for the following:
- Managing, regulating and supervising clubs and societies of the students in the Campus.
- Preparation and maintenance of students’ non-academic profile.
- Conducting and coordinating non-academic events/ workshops/ seminars at the Campus for skill development and grooming of students; duly advertising/ publicizing the events.
- Event coordinator for the freshmen orientation.
- Convocation booklet and backdrop design and hall management.
- Monitoring co-curricular and extra- curricular events for punctuality and mannerism and reporting their status to respective DC/ DAcad-CU through MSSC.
- Monitoring students’ attendance at the co-curricular events.
- Liaison with the HODs/ faculty members for the compilation and tabulation of Campus newsletter articles.
- Keeping record of all the events in the Campus.
- Maintenance and updating of the Campus website with latest clubs/ societies activities/ achievements.
- Utilizing social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. for the projection of student's activities/ achievement.
