ADHR (ADMIN & TRAINING)
QUALIFICATION
Minimum 16 years of education in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field from HEC recognized University.
EXPERIENCE
Candidates having minimum 3 years of field experience in HR administration and training & development, preferably in a university or public sector organization, 05 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of university service rules, extension policies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies and organizing large-scale training programs.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies and compliance frameworks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
ADHR (Admin & Training) will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation including issuance of offer letters and appointment letters for Teaching Assistants (TAs), Research Assistants (RAs), and other contractual staff.
- Preparation and issuance of experience letters, service certificates, and verification letters.
- Process of Leave cases, Extension cases, No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for Higher studies, Teaching engagements within the university or external institutions and Participation in conferences, seminars, and professional events.
- Ensure compliance with university statutes, HR policies, and service rules.
- Maintain updated employee records and ensure accurate HR data management.
- Coordinate with campuses for uniform implementation of administrative HR procedures.
- Coordinate implementation of the Annual Training Calendar across Head Office and Campuses.
- Liaise with campus focal persons to ensure effective execution of approved training programs.
- Develop and update employee training modules in collaboration with internal and external trainers.
- Coordination with regulatory and government bodies including HEC and Other relevant government and professional organizations for capacity-building programs and compliance-related training initiatives.
- Arrange and manage external training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs for BUHO and CUs.
- Identify training needs through coordination with departments and performance management data.
- Maintain training records, reports, and impact assessment documentation.
- Facilitate faculty and staff nominations for national and international professional development opportunities.
