RESEARCH COORDINATOR - BUHSCK
QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum 16 years of qualification in relevant domain; Ph.D./ master’s degree holder degree will be preferred.
- Minimum 03 Years of experience in a renowned Public or Private University of Pakistan.
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Faculty, postgraduate, and undergraduate research projects.
- Institutional collaborations with national and international research bodies.
- Research training, workshops, and capacity-building programs.
- Ethical review and compliance with Institutional Review Board (IRB) standards.
- Monitoring and evaluation of research outputs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination of Serve as the focal point for all research-related activities.
- Coordinate between faculty, students, and external collaborators.
- Research Governance.
- Ensure compliance with institutional, national, and international research ethics. Supervise proposal submission, review, and approval processes.
- Capacity Building Organize training sessions on research methodology, biostatistics, and scientific writing.
- Mentor faculty and students in developing research projects.
- Resource Mobilization Identify funding opportunities and facilitate grant applications.
- Maintain a database of ongoing and completed research projects.
- Quality Assurance of Monitor research outputs for originality, rigor, and ethical compliance.
- Encourage publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations.
- Annual research plan and progress report.
- Database of faculty and student research projects.
- Record of workshops, seminars, and training sessions conducted.
- Documentation of collaborations and grant applications.
- Evidence of publications and conference participation.
