QUALIFICATION:

Minimum 16 years of qualification in relevant domain; Ph.D./ master’s degree holder degree will be preferred.
Minimum 03 Years of experience in a renowned Public or Private University of Pakistan.

SCOPE OF WORK:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordination of Serve as the focal point for all research-related activities.
Coordinate between faculty, students, and external collaborators.
Research Governance.
Ensure compliance with institutional, national, and international research ethics. Supervise proposal submission, review, and approval processes.
Capacity Building Organize training sessions on research methodology, biostatistics, and scientific writing.
Mentor faculty and students in developing research projects.
Resource Mobilization Identify funding opportunities and facilitate grant applications.
Maintain a database of ongoing and completed research projects.
Quality Assurance of Monitor research outputs for originality, rigor, and ethical compliance.
Encourage publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations.
Annual research plan and progress report.
Database of faculty and student research projects.
Record of workshops, seminars, and training sessions conducted.
Documentation of collaborations and grant applications.
Evidence of publications and conference participation.
