Job Title: Hostel Warden (Female)

Pay Group: 08

Job Description:

• The warden shall be responsible for maintaining discipline, law and order in the hostel and shall use her discretion and judgement in all cases requiring immediate attention and action.
• All employees of the hostel shall be under the direct supervision of warden. The warden shall be responsible for the efficiency of the services of all hostel employees.
• The warden shall be responsible for maintaining a proper account of the hostel dues and account with the assistance of hostel clerk.
• Warden has to stay in the hostel as directed by the Administration even during holidays.
• Daily rounds of all students rooms, Remain in contact with the parents of students.
• Ensure maintenance, upkeep & cleanliness of the Hostel buildings through staff at all times.

Qualification:

16 years of education preferably in HEC recognized University.

Experience:

Preferably over 03 Years of experience in a renowned Public or Private University of Pakistan.
