BSc/ Polytechnic Institute graduate; Diploma in relevant field from recognized institution 

 

EXPERIENCE/ SKILL

Preferably 5 years experience

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The IT Assistant shall be responsible for the following:

  • Set up hardware and install/configure software and drivers
  • Maintain technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices
  • Install well-functioning of LAN/WAN and other networks devices
  • Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated
  • Troubleshot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
  • Provide timely technical support
