EDUCATION: 
Minimum 16 years of education or equivalent from HEC recognized University.

EXPERIENCE: 
Preferably 03 years of experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hostel Warden shall be responsible for the following tasks:

• The Warden shall be responsible for controlling the overall administration and management of the hostel, including the safety, security and health of the resident students and is accountable for 24/7 hostel Operations.
• She will be responsible to finalizing the student’s accommodation plan within one week after the commencement of each semester, after seeking the approval of management.
• She will be responsible for addressing emergencies, conflicts, and sensitive issues promptly and discreetly.
• She will serve as a mentor and be responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive, and homely atmosphere for hostel residents/students.
• She will supervise the daily operations and upkeep of the hostel facilities including maintenance, housekeeping and cleanliness of the hostel building.
• She will approve the menu suggested by the mess committee and be responsible for checking the quality of food served in the hostel.
• She will be responsible for regular interaction and coordination with student’s parents to discuss various issues faced by the resident students.
• She will be responsible for all accounts related matters of hostel.
• She will arrange planned and unplanned inspections by the campus SMO/DIC regarding the food and hygiene of the hostel.
• She will coordinate with various Campus departments for support facilities required by the hostel.
• She will supervise hostel staff, ensuring efficiency in service and assigning duties and responsibilities as per their prescribed job descriptions.
• Any other duties assigned by Director Campus.
