HR ASSISTANT

EDUCATION:

BA/ B.Sc. or equivalent from HEC recognized institute

 

EXPERIENCE:

At least 05 years’ job experience

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

HR Assistant shall perform the following tasks:

 

  • To act as In-charge of HR Secretariat.
  • Manage and maintain records for concerned executive schedules.
  • Receive/ handle all visitors coming to HR Dte.
  • Act as custodian of office files of HR Directorate and ensure their security.
  • Maintain inventory record of all equipment held with HR Dte.
  • Maintain leave and attendance record of all Officers and staff of HR Dte.
  • Track of timely processing of all cases.
  • Timely conduct of all activities.
  • Handle all HR Secretariat correspondence.
  • Coordinate publication of Ads for new vacancies on the advice of concerned ADHRs.
  • Coordinate with other departments including HR Departments of Campuses for all HR related issues.
  • Coordinate publication of Ads for new vacancies
  • Assist DHR on timely processing of all cases/ actions and archive them accordingly.
  • Maintain and safe custody of personal record of HR Dte BUSAS
