INVITATION OF QUOTATIONS
1. Quotations are invited from active tax payer firms / vendors for Procurement of Projector of MAC Lab Media Department – BUKC. The sealed quotations inclusive of all taxes are to be submitted till 08-April-2025 at 11:30 am, and quotations will be opened on the same day in the presence of the firm’s or their representatives at 12:00 pm. Bids received late from closing date and time will not be entertained.

2. The bidders must be registered with Tax Departments and appear on Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR.
3. The bidder must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized agent / partner / dealer of the OEM of required equipment in Pakistan. In case of agent / partner / dealer, bidders should be in possession of currently valid OEM’s authorization certificate.
4. The bidders must have documented track of at least three (03) similar assignments, during last five (05) years, involving the supply, installation, and provision of technical support for documents of a comparable scale.
5. Firms are to quote final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes.
6. Quotes must be submitted on letter head dully typed & signed / stamped.
7. Quotations must have validity for at least 15 days. Conditional / incomplete & hand written quotes will not be accepted.
8. Firms are required to mention the brands & complete specifications of the quoted items.
