TENDER NOTICE

1. Bahria University Lahore Campus invites bids on E-Pads from authorized, distributers/firms registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Department for supply of following equipment.

2. Interested eligible bidders may download tender documents for subject item containing terms & conditions and detail specifications from E-Pads or can be obtained from office of the undersigned, Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm till 13 March 2025 on payment of the mentioned cost in cash (non-refundable).

3. Single stage 2 envelops procedure shall apply. Bids will be accepted through E-Pads. Bid Security amounting to Rs. 76,100/- should be submitted in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft in the name of Bahria University Lahore Campus. Hard Copy of documents and bid security (in original) be deposited in Procurement Office before 1130hrs on 14 March 2025. Technical bids will be opened on the same day after 1200hrs in presence of the bidders.  Date for opening of the financial bids will be intimated after technically shortlisting the bids. The Bahria University may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal by invoking rule 33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
