Assistant Hostel Warden at BUHSCI (Women)
EDUCATION:
- Minimum 14 years of education from HEC recognized University
EXPERIENCE:
- Preferably 05 years of experience in relevant domain
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assistant Hostel Warden shall be responsible for the following tasks:
- Shall be responsible for the efficiency of the services and supervision of all employees.
- Random inspection of the hostel rooms in a week.
- Implementation of overall discipline in the hostel.
- Shall be responsible for sanitation in the hostel premises including terrace roofs galleries.
- To advise and guide in smooth running of mess i.e. display of menu and maintaining quality of food.
- Work as warden in the absence of warden.
- Shall follow instructions of Warden in matters relating to hostel discipline.
- To locate rooms to students as per guidelines issued by the office of warden
- To maintain various registers and ledgers necessary for smooth functioning hostel time to time.
- Perform call operator and contact with parents as per instructions from warden
