Assistant Director (Academic Intelligence & Analytics) - BUHO
QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized University; candidates with 18 years of education will be preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 03 years of relevant experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in data analytics, conducting surveys, and translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations. Proficiency in the use of AI tools is highly desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Assistant Director (Academic Intelligence & Analytics) shall be responsible to the Director (Academics) for the following:
- Develop and maintain academic data repositories, analytical frameworks, and appropriate tools to support evidence-based decision-making on institutional academic matters.
- Undertake academic data analysis, as required, to identify trends, patterns, variations, anomalies, and emerging issues across programmes, Faculties, Schools, and Constituent Units, and translate findings into evidence-based insights and decision-support information.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and timely updating of academic programmes information presented through institutional platforms, including programmes roadmaps, eligibility criteria, learning outcomes, curricula, and other relevant academic details.
- Facilitate the development of AI-enabled tools and interactive information solutions to provide accessible, user-friendly, and reliable academic information and decision support services for students, applicants, faculty members, and other stakeholders.
- Undertake focused and ad hoc academic analyses and intelligence assignments in response to emerging institutional questions, strategic priorities, and specific requirements of the University's academic authorities.
- Perform any other task or duty assigned by the Director (Academics).
