The mission of the Bachelor of Software Engineering (BSE) program is to develop technically competent engineers who can contribute effectively to the nation, society, and the global community. The mission of the PhD program at Bahria University Islamabad is to educate scholars capable of conducting innovative, rigorous, and impactful research in areas such as public policy and management or information systems management.
PhD students are expected to:

- Explore and evaluate diverse research methods and emerging topics in public policy, management, and information systems.
