The Directorate of Strategic Planning oversees the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of Bahria University’s long-term institutional strategy. It ensures systematic monitoring of strategic targets, with annual progress reports submitted to the BOG. Additionally, progress against critical KPIs is presented biannually to the Honorable Rector by each CU. Key strategic targets linked to national and international rankings—particularly in teaching quality, research output, internationalization, governance, and financial sustainability—are tracked rigorously. Through data-driven evaluation, coordination with campuses, and continuous performance review mechanisms, the Directorate strengthens institutional accountability and promotes sustainable development.

Strategic planning serves as the foundation for institutional excellence and sustainable growth at Bahria University. Our 10-year Strategic Plan (2020–2030) reflects a clear vision to enhance academic quality, research productivity, global engagement, and financial resilience. As Director, my focus remains on fostering a culture of performance, transparency, and continuous improvement across all Campus Units. Through structured KPI monitoring, evidence-based decision-making, and alignment with national and international benchmarks, we aim to strengthen the University’s standing and impact.
