The Registrar is the custodian of the University Seal and serves as the central administrative focal point of the University. He is responsible for maintaining the University’s statutory records and acts as Secretary to the Board of Governors and the Executive Committee. The Registrar oversees the issuance of university degrees, the preparation of the Calendar of Events, the processing of credit transfer cases, and convocation arrangements. He is also responsible for handling disciplinary matters and ensuring the efficient management of the University’s libraries. The Registrar is assisted by Deputy Registrars, Assistant Registrars and the Chief Librarian in performance of his duties and responsibilities as under:
