IPP students conducted the Hero Board initiative at Aga Khan School to recognize and appreciate everyday heroes within the school community.
The initiative focused on honoring support staff by highlighting their contributions. Students interviewed staff members, documented their experiences and strengths as “Hero Stories,” created and displayed a Hero Board, and presented handwritten appreciation cards to acknowledge their efforts.
Through this project, IPP students promoted a culture of gratitude and recognition. The initiative encouraged students to value the often-overlooked contributions of support staff while fostering empathy, respect, and stronger connections within the school community.
