PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF LAB EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE AND LIFTS FOR BUMDCI MEDICAL COLLEGE AT NAVAL ANCHORAGE ISLAMABAD
- Project Directorate invite sealed bids for Procurement/ Installation, Commissioning Testing and Training etc of Lab Equipment, Lifts and Furniture for BUMDCI Medical College at Naval Anchorage Islamabad from firms, original manufactures / their authorized distributors / suppliers in Pakistan registered with relevant Tax Department.
- Bidding Documents, containing specification detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification / rejection of bids, performance and guarantee etc are available for the interested bidders at BUMDCI Directorate, Head Office Building, Bahria University Islamabad. Price of each Bidding Document is Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) (non-refundable through pay order) available till 21 Nov 2022.
- The bids prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents must reach at BUMDCI Directorate, Bahria University Head Office Islamabad by 1100 hrs on 5 Dec 22 or before.
- Technical proposal of Lab Equipment, Lifts and furniture (as per specification) will be opened on same day at 1130 hrs by the respective Committees in BUMDCI Office in presence of the bidders who may choose to be present. Date and time of opening will be intimated later on through mail/ phone. The University has the right to reject all or any bid prior acceptance by invoking rule 33 of PPRA.
