PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANCY EXPERIENCE
  Did volunteer work using play therapy techniques with children and youth who survived in Northern Pakistan Earthquake. The students were studying at Shara Academy (Mallot Tahsil) and Surbuland (camp school set up by the Army at District Bagh). Also published paper on the service provided in “Europe’s Journal of Psychology”
  Provided EAP consultancy: Individual and group counseling support project for the employees of Emirates Airline.
  Providing Consultancy with International Psychological Services (IPS) Worldwide since 2008.
  Served as mentor of Secondary level students of the “The Citizen Foundation” and participated in “Rehbar Program” 2009.
  In collaboration with an NGO “victim offender rehabilitation and peace making program” (VORP) established psychological assessment and counseling center at women prison Karachi and YOIS (Juvenile Prison). Also conducted voluntary group anger management sessions in juvenile prison.
  Conducted workshops on UNDERSTANDING THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILD” and “ADOLESCENCE PSYCHOLOGY” and trained more than 50 SCHOOL TEACHERS OF AGA KHAN SCHOOL GARDEN AND KHARADAR in Management of DISRUPTIVE CLASS ROOM BEHAVIOR.
  Supervised and prepared case assessment reports for NIB and several other organizations when required.
  Prepared the “MANAGER MODEL AND ORGAZATIONAL CLIMATE SURVERY” ANALYSIS REPORT for Engro Chemical Pakistan Limited and provided need base consultancy.
  Consultant Psychologist at the Institute of Professional Psychology-Karachi at PNS Shifa hospital.
  Provide need base consultancy to several NGO’s for activities related to mental health and awareness.
  Serving as qualified mentor and psychotherapist for more than 13 years and have got the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults and senior people.
