1. Bahria University Lahore Campus invites sealed bids from authorized, distributers/firms registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Department for supply of following equipment.
2. Tender Documents for detail specifications can be obtained from office of the undersigned, Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm till 21 Oct 2024 on payment of the mentioned cost in cash (nonrefundable). 3. Single stage 2 envelops procedure shall apply. Bids are to be submitted with earnest money @ 2% of the total cost (in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft in the name of Bahria University Lahore Campus). The bids are to be submitted before 1130hrs on 22 Oct 2024. Technical bids will be opened on the same day after 1200hrs in presence of the bidders. Date for opening of the financial bids will be intimated after technically shortlisting the bids. The Bahria University may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal by invoking rule 33 of PPRA Rules 2004. 4.
