Convocation ceremony of Bahria University Islamabad Campus is scheduled to be held on 30 April 2019. Students of following entries who have received their final transcripts are eligible to attend:

- MBA/MS (1.5 Yr) programmes Spring 2017 Entry
- MBA (3.5 Yrs) programme Spring 2015 Entry
- Bachelor programmes Fall 2014 Entry
- LLB programme Fall 2013 Entry
Students are required to confirm participation by filling-in on-line registration form and submitting the same along with Rs.2500(2 Guests) or Rs.3000(3 Guests) as registration fee in the Account Section of the campus. Last date for registration is 10 April 2019. Please attach photocopies of NICs of your guests with the registration form.
Original CNIC is to be brought by the guest and the student at the convocation venue. CNIC holders other than the ones already registered will not be granted entry for convocation.
Rehearsals will be held on 22 April 2019 at Jinnah Convention Centre Islamabad, which is mandatory for attending the convocation.
Please note that no request for registration shall be entertained after the closing date.
