SUMMARY
Dr. Naveed R. Khan have earned PhD in HRM from University Pendidikan Sultan Idris, Malaysia. He has published widely in SSCI, ESCI, Scopus, ABDC and ERA Indexed Journals of internationally repute in the area of Human Resource Management and SME effectiveness.

He has presented his research papers in Sweden, Spain, Malaysia and UK. In year 2019 his two papers have been accepted for presentation in British Academy of Management, UK and United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship, USA. Besides this, two of his chapters are available in books published by McGraw Hills and Springer Nature.

He is also the editorial board member of reputed research journals in Pakistan and abroad, indexed by Thomson Reuters, Scopus and Higher Education Commission, Pakistan. He worked on a project with USAID during 2014-15. He is HEC approved PhD supervisor and currently supervising three PhD scholars.
