• Result awaited candidates are required to Submit Affidavit (Download Sample) on Stamp Paper (Rs.5 or above) as per sample attached. Sample of affidavit (copy enclosed) may be scanned and uploaded as appropriate please.

• Undermentioned original documents along with 2 sets of attested copies:
  1. Original SSC Certificate / ‘O’ Level Certificate and IBCC Equivalence Certificate.
  2. Original HSSC Mark sheet / ‘A’ Level Certificate and IBCC Equivalence, Statement of entry.
  3. Original Bachelor Transcript & Degree/Foreign Degree HEC Equivalence Certificate.
  4. Original Master Transcript & Degree/Foreign Degree HEC Equivalence Certificate.
  5. Original CNIC / Form ‘B’
