Bahria University has signed MoU with three Chinese Universities for Academic partnerships. The MoU signing took place during Rector Bahria University, Vice Admiral (R) Mohammad Haroon, recent visit to China where he was invited by four top Universities of the country including Tongji University, Fudan University, China Agricultural University & Xuzhou Normal University. During the visit, Rector BU met several senior officials of the Universities and discussed various aspects of academic partnership including students’ exchange, faculty exchange, joint conference/projects, research, students’ visits, etc. He was also invited to deliver a speech in a seminar that was organized by Tongji University on the topic “South Asian Security Situation and China-Pakistan Strategic Partnership During Post Bin Laden Period”. The seminar was attended by senior Professors and academicians from Universities in China & India. The Rector BU also inaugurated the newly established center for South Asian Studies at Tongji University by unveiling the plaque with Prof. Xia Liping, Dean School of Political Science and International Relations at Tongji University.
